
Ingredients:-
Curd 3 Tbs
Chicken Leg Piece 5(make cuts in between the legs with knife)
Ginger,Garlic Paste 2 Tbs
Red chili powder 1 Tbs
Salt to taste
Oil 1 spoon
Ajinomoto a 1/4 Tbs
Black pepar 1/2 Tbs
Tandori colour a pinch
Lime juice 1/2 Tbs
Jeera powder 1/2 Tbs
Method:-
Remove all skin from chicken and Mix all ingredients and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Although traditional Tandoori is cooked in ovens, this recipe works very well on a grill. Cook at 450 temperature for 10 to 15 minutes per side. Can be served hot or cold.
